Jeff Doran joined Spark in early 2021 as the firm’s Head of Investor Relations. Jeff has spent his entire career working in investor relations and business development within the institutional asset management industry. For the past nine years, Jeff was a Director of Investor Relations at Bain Capital Credit, helping to grow the credit business to $45 billion. Previously, he focused on key consultant relationships at Acadian Asset Management. Jeff began his career at Longfellow Investment Management as the sixth employee, helping the firm grow to over $1 billion.

Jeff enjoys fostering long-term client relationships and takes pride in being a technical and transparent resource to his clients. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed building things and the strategic aspects of fundraising and investor relations.

‍Jeff is married with three children. He also loves paddle tennis, golf, and virtually any competitive sporting event. For many years, Jeff has been active with Year Up, a non-profit organization that seeks to close the opportunity divide, as a mentor and event committee member.

Jeff earned a BA in Economics from Middlebury College, an MBA from Babson College, and is a CFA® charterholder.
